Gavin Newsom’s ‘Patrick Bateman’ post flops: ‘He accidentally trolls himself’

BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is taking aim at Gavin Newsom after the California governor proudly compared himself to Patrick Bateman — the infamous fictional serial killer portrayed by Christian Bale.

“Gavin Newsom is not the king of trolling. In fact, Gavin Newsom is bad at it. He’s so bad at it that he accidentally trolls himself,” Gonzales says.

“For so many years people have been saying that Patrick Bateman and I look alike. Now this pic has been going all over the place. What do you think?” Newsom posted on X, alongside a photo of him next to Bale.

“Patrick Bateman is like the worst person in the world. Like, he is obsessed with his appearance … he’s a total narcissist. Also happens to be a psychotic serial killer, rapist, cannibal, torturer,” Gonzales comments.

“Everyone’s like, ‘Yeah, we agree. There’s a lot of similarities between you and Patrick Bateman, Gavin.’ Like, you’re just setting yourself up to be trolled, which he was,” she continues.

A post on X from Fox News reported on the humble comparison, writing, “Governor Gavin Newsom is sparking widespread mockery after ‘bizarrely’ comparing his own look to the fictional serial killer Patrick Bateman.”

Newsom quote-tweeted the article, writing, “They still don’t get it.”

“Gav, I think you’re the one who still doesn’t get it,” Gonzales comments. “Unless you’re trying to tell us that you are, in fact, a psychotic serial killer.”

Sara Gonzales reacts to the ‘craziest true crime story’ she’s ever heard

As someone who works in media, BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales has seen it all — or so she thought.

A couple of days ago, Sara stumbled across a story that genuinely baffled her: “Quadruple amputee cornhole champion facing murder charges in fatal shooting.”

To make matters even more confusing, the suspect — Dayton James Webber, 27, of La Plata, Maryland — was driving a car when he allegedly shot the victim in the head twice.

“This is the most curious thing I’ve ever heard,” says Sara.

“Obviously, I did a deep dive on this story.”

On this episode of “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered,” Sara shares the details of a story unlike any she’s covered before.

While information regarding how Webber was able to drive a car or allegedly fire a weapon have not been officially disclosed by police, video footage appears to shed some light on how he was able to accomplish certain tasks.

Sara first plays a clip of Webber competing in a cornhole match. The video captures his unorthodox technique, in which he caterpillar-crawls his way to the pitcher’s box, grips the corner of the bag between his residual limbs, and uses a powerful whipping motion of his upper body and arms to release the bag with impressive accuracy.

Sara also shows video footage that appears to show Webber loading and firing a 9mm handgun using his residual limbs as well as footage of him appearing to handle a long rifle.

“Like, I know he has the right to bear arms, but that usually implies he has some arms of his own,” Sara quips.

“This is the weirdest story.”

To hear Sara go into more details of the case, watch the video above.

The dark side of Ms. Rachel she doesn't want you to see

Known to millions as “Ms. Rachel,” Rachel Griffin Accurso has built a massive following on YouTube through educational songs and videos for toddlers. But as a mother herself, BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is not among the parents who allow their children to watch Accurso’s content.

“This is just a reminder for the parents that you never can be too careful with what your children are watching. There’s a lot out there that is going to completely indoctrinate your children,” Gonzales explains.

“And one of the ones to be on the lookout for is Ms. Rachel,” she says, calling her “the worst” for “multiple reasons.”

“She ... brags about how she plans to brainwash your children. She has chosen her latest political stunt,” Gonzales says, pulling up an article from Fox News with the headline, “YouTube star Ms Rachel declares ‘I am political’ in new mission to shut down ICE facility.’”

“She said it’s her goal to close down the Dilley Immigration Processing Center in South Texas. And she wants the federal government to return the illegal immigrants to where they were living in the United States,” she explains.

“So crazy to me because I didn’t hear her say anything about the 300,000 unaccompanied alien children that were turned over to unvetted sponsors by the Biden administration. ... I didn’t hear any outrage from Ms. Rachel about the children who have been impacted, who have been killed, who have been raped, who have been tortured by all these illegal immigrants that you want released back into the interior of the country,” she continues.

Gonzales points out that Ms. Rachel also was caught liking a comment on one of her political Instagram posts that read “Free America from the Jews.”

Accurso then released a social media video explaining herself, saying she’s “a human who makes mistakes” and that she would “never agree with an anti-Semitic thing.”

“I don’t understand how to work my phone,” Gonzales mocks.

“She knows what she’s doing. She also has a long and sordid history of being pro-Palestinian,” she adds.

Leftists are already politicizing Chuck Norris’ legacy after death

Following the death of action legend Chuck Norris, what might have been a moment of shared cultural reflection has quickly turned contentious. Leftists are already scrutinizing Norris’ film legacy through a political lens — something BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is tired of.

“Democrats never waste an opportunity to make everything about politics, make death about politics. ... This guy was a Hollywood icon, a meme legend, and you would think that we could all just be like, ‘Oh, that’s sad that he died,’” Gonzales says.

One article published by Variety magazine makes this clear, with the headline reading, “Chuck Norris Was a Great Action Star — but Politics May Overshadow His Legacy.”

“Yes, he was a Republican, but he didn’t really wear that with a badge on his shoulder or anything, but weirdly, this isn’t even what the article is taking shots at him about,” Gonzales comments, before reading a paragraph from the article.

“Was Norris a brilliant athlete and top-shelf star? Yes. But there’s no denying that his roles were part of a body of work used to show American strength, might, and the pernicious attraction of taking the law into one’s own hands — something that seems less fun in a year in which our country is funneling money into bombing Iran and ICE agents are acting like one-man militias,” the author, William Earl, wrote.

“Given our nation’s divisions in morality, information literacy, and overall sense of reality, it’s easier to see Norris’ characters as justification for a fringe conspiracy movement rather than a moral standing,” he continued.

Earl went on to ask the question that’s on no one’s mind: “When a star is the poster boy for American exceptionalism and might, at what point does his legacy transition from escapism to dangerous propaganda?”

“What an absolute freaking loser,” Gonzales comments.

“The Democrats make everything unfun. They are unfun, miserable, ghoulish people,” she continues. “But you know what? That leaves us with no shortage of things to talk about.”

Democrats tried to sabotage DHS — but they didn’t see this coming

In a last-ditch effort to stop Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Democrats have been attempting to defund the Department of Homeland Security — and their plan is backfiring miserably.

“Guess what, guys?” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales says. “You played yourselves, because now you’ve unleashed ICE agents at airports across the country.”

“The Radical Left Democrats have hurt so many people with their vicious and uncaring ways. What they have done to the Department of Homeland Security, our fantastic TSA Officers, and, most importantly, the great people of our Country, is an absolute disgrace,” President Donald Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“If the Democrats do not allow for Just and Proper Security at our Airports, and elsewhere throughout our Country, ICE will do the job far better than ever done before! The Fascist Democrats will never protect America, but the Republicans will,” he added.

And, as expected, the Democrats are not happy with Trump’s move to place ICE agents at airports around the country.

“The last thing that the American people need are untrained ICE agents to be deployed at airports all across the country, potentially to brutalize or in some instances kill them,” House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries told Dana Bash in a segment on CNN.

“He is trying to do what they always do, and any time that they want to make this country less safe and any time that they don’t want to go along with what the majority of Americans decided when President Trump was elected on his agenda of deporting the criminals, the illegals,” Gonzales says, before showing a clip of what TSA lines have looked like across the country.

“You’re affecting a whole hell of a lot of Americans, Democrats. You are restricting their ability to just travel freely and be able to just show up at an airport and go through all the motions and go get to their flight and go wherever they need to go,” she continues.

However, while Jeffries and other Democrats claim it’s the fault of the Republicans, even ABC News is reporting that the blame can be placed squarely on the Democrats.

“Democrats have once again blocked a funding bill for the Department of Homeland Security as they continue to insist on reforms to ICE and Customs and Border Protection in exchange for funding the agency,” a post on X from the network reads.

“The same ABC News that likes to call terrorists activists,” Gonzales adds.

‘The party of hating dogs’: Liberals lose their minds after celebrity attends event to SAVE DOGS at Mar-a-Lago

Actress Katherine Heigl was in attendance at Mar-a-Lago last weekend where she posed for photos with Lara Trump and Jeanine Pirro. And while the left is not happy with seeing the actress there, it was at an event that raised $5.5 million for Big Dog Ranch Rescue.

“Liberals outraged, I told you about everything, including dogs. Dogs,” BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales comments, shocked. “They don’t like dogs. That's how you know they’re not the party for you. They are the party of hating dogs, because there was a big fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago to rescue dogs.”

“Now everyone hates Katherine Heigl for going there and trying to raise money to save dogs,” she adds.

One X user wrote, “F**k her and anyone attending maga-lago for any reason,” while another wrote, “Supporting Nazis. So many orgs that aren’t run by white supremacists. This is a choice.”

However, Heigl wasn’t taking the attacks lying down.

"Animals don’t vote. The only room they don’t like is the euthanasia room at a shelter," Heigl told Page Six in a statement. "They are completely at the mercy of us, and they have no voice of their own."

"This event was about animal advocacy, something that has always been deeply personal to me," she continued. "Anyone who knows me knows that protecting animals is one of my greatest passions."

“The point is, animals, of course, do not knowingly vote,” Gonzales comments, adding, “They’re not involved in our politics. And the charity event raised $5.5 million for rescue dogs.”

Sara Gonzales blasts NYT ‘Karen’ for targeting Charlie Kirk

The New York Times has sounded the alarm over Republican officials partnering with Turning Point USA to expand the group’s presence in schools — and BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales isn’t letting the “Karen” behind it get away with it.

“Every once in a while, I like to check in on the enemy, the enemy of the people. Yes, I do mean the New York Times,” Gonzales says, before playing an audio clip of one of the New York Times’ podcasts, “The Headlines.”

In the episode, the host explains that a “growing coalition of Republican officials” are “pushing to expand the influence of Turning Point USA in schools.”

“The partnerships do not appear to involve taxpayer money, and they’re not mandates. But critics have raised concerns about the state’s embrace of them, considering Kirk’s hard-right views, his dissemination of conspiracy theories, and his criticism of gay and transgender rights. They say the state partnerships could be seen as a kind of government seal of approval,” the host explained.

“I regret to inform you it gets worse,” Gonzales comments.

“They did a write-up on this.”

In the article, she notes that Charlie Kirk is portrayed as the villain “even in death.”

“You have Karen, the appropriately named Karen Svoboda,” Gonzales says, reading from the article, “executive director of Defense of Democracy, a liberal group that opposes conservative influence in public schools, argued that the partnerships amounted to a sort of state-sponsored imprimatur promoting one political viewpoint.”

“Ms. Svoboda also accused Turning Point of being a divisive force in schools, noting that Mr. Kirk was critical of gay and transgender rights. A Turning Point club at a high school, she said, ‘would be offensive and probably even a little scary for kids who were members of the queer community at school, and families that are dealing with that,’” the article continued.

“Now, as you know … I like to give everyone a chance … to come on and try to defend these bats**t-crazy viewpoints. So we reached out to Karen, who initially agreed to come on the show today, until she realized who she was agreeing to do it with,” Gonzales comments.

“If you’re not willing to defend your bats**t-crazy views, I guess you don’t care about democracy at all. Now, I would remind you that we do not have a democracy,” Gonzales says, adding, “but this is your buzzword. You own the buzzword, and you can’t defend it at all.”

CNN’s ‘death spiral’: ‘Cringe’ selfie strategy deployed as network scrambles to stay relevant

After CNN botched some recent coverage, BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales is enjoying “watching the death spiral that CNN is having to deal with in real time and the ways that they are trying to stay relevant.”

“All the cool kids are on Instagram, right? And CNN is like, ‘Oh, oh, hold on a second. Hold on a second. We’re new. We’re hip. We’re cool with the youths. What if we started uploading these totally not staged and impromptu selfie videos,’” Gonzales mocks, before playing a CNN selfie video of Jake Tapper.

“See that fancy ceiling? I’m at the House of Representatives. I wanted to show you something. So, in 1890, journalist Charles Kincaid shot and killed, ultimately, Congressman William Taulbee of Kentucky. And right here, you can see the bloodstains,” Tapper said.

“That is Jake Tapper. He’s realized, ‘Oh crap, nobody’s watching, and the kids are not watching because everything I do is boring,’” Gonzales comments.

“You might think this is a Jake Tapper problem. It’s not. This is apparently CNN’s new strategy across all of their social platforms with all of their anchors,” she adds, before playing a selfie video of CNN anchor Dana Bash.

“I just got off the phone with President Trump, who gave himself a 15 out of 10 on how the war is going so far,” Bash said while sitting in her car.

“This is not genuine. This is not authentic. This is CNN’s last desperate gasp here, OK? And it’s just not working. It’s not working for you, Dana,” Gonzales says.

“Some CNN consultant ... got paid however the hell much money they got paid to be like, ‘OK, hold on. Hold on. I got it. Selfie videos. Selfie videos. That’s going to save you guys,’” Gonzales jokes. “Everyone wants to hear what Jake Tapper thinks while he’s driving down the f**king road.”

‘It’s a humiliation ritual at this point’: Fort Hood hosts Ramadan event years after deadly Islamist terror attack

On November 5, 2009, U.S. Army major and psychiatrist Nidal Hasan fatally shot 13 people on military base Fort Hood and wounded more than 30 others. The mass shooting goes down as the deadliest on an American military base and one of the deadliest terrorist attacks on American soil since September 11.

Now, that same Texas military base once targeted by Islamic terror is celebrating Islam — and BlazeTV host Sara Gonzales can’t believe it.

“The Fort Hood Religious Support Office and Fort Hood Muslim Community warmly invite all to an evening of fellowship, reflection and community as we break the fast together during the month of Ramadan,” a social media post reads, before explaining the religious tradition more in depth.

“I actually love that it says, ‘The annual observance of Ramadan is one of the Five Pillars of Islam.’ Islam, the thing that’s incompatible with our way of life, with Western civilization, with this country,” Gonzales comments on “Sara Gonzales Unfiltered.”

“So, here’s the question I have, OK? Tell me this. If a Muslim is supposed to be faithful to Islam and Islam calls its followers to destroy those who do not follow Allah, ... how can a Muslim be in the U.S. military?” she asks.

“The only excuse, the only reason that I could figure is those of you who might say, ‘Well, there are some peaceful Muslims. Well, there are some nice Muslims. Not all Muslims mean us harm,’” she says. “I would say it stands to reason that the only Muslims who would be capable and not dangerous to serve in our military would be bad at their religion, right?”

“This is a humiliation ritual at this point,” she continues. “And I’m not saying that I have all the answers, again, but I would like to pose the question: Does this seem like a disaster waiting to happen to anyone else?”
